Twentyfour on the 25th

I have turned twentyfour on the 25th of November! The Saturday dinner with W. He made everything right, from the restaurant location, to the gift. Everything touches my heart on the right notes.  It was a fantastic dinner at The Clan Restaurant, and highly recommended for any celebrations may it be birthdays, anniversary or just any special occasion! The food is good and relatively affordable as compared to other fine dining places.

Few highlight dishes for the night;


One of the cold dished we ordered was The Alaskan king crab with homemade karashi dressing, this simply fresh and succulent.


Crab Bisque Cappuccino & Prawn Twister, personally thought this was a interesting concept to serve soup from a wine glass. Love the thick texture of the soup!


Another soup we had was Cepes Mushroom w Truffle Paste, savoring the bits of mushrooms with truffle paste. Heaven.


The rich and delicious Herb Crusted Mushroom Escargot was a perfect match together.


A very unique taste of the Foie Gras Terrine w Focaccia & Lychee Crumbs, it was uniquely special. It wasn’t like the conventional pan fried foie gras, tasted like cheese fusion.


Another main we had was The Kurobuta pork jowl in pistachio puree with pickled zucchini & 64 degree egg yolk. The egg was cooked to perfection and oozed over the pork.


What catch my love for The Clan’s Restaurant were the 48 hours Beef short ribs on Hoba Leaf with Lava Stone. The meat is absolutely tender and I love the aroma of the Hoba Leaf was infused into the meat.




The cake and the perfect dinner companion. We paid about $69.80++ per pax for a 6 course dinner. To sum up, I had an awesome meal with a fantastic price.
